Here they are, those really cool PIAA Halogen. PIAA
bulbs are direct replacements (no mods) . They are OEM spec, SAE approved,
and offer an exact fit... they offer a very clear white light instead
of the standard yellowish light from original equipment bulbs here in the
US. PIAA bulbs are unlike any other replacement lamps available. Working
with professional Rally race teams , PIAA has developed the most advanced
bulb manufacturing techniques in the world. The PIAA bulb offers unmatched
durability and now have the Halogen Super White bulbs, these
actually have a very light bluish/purple/gray tint in the glass not a coating,
Super white, Xtreme, and Plasma bulbs have this slight
tint, creates daylight white with a slight halo, approaches the brightness
and intensity of H.I.D! the Extreme series are 4000k to 4150K same as H.I.D and are DOT approved
legal for street use, and the Super
Plasma are 5000K!
PIAA Super White technology, Emits a beam of light
that is whiter and brighter than the standard bulb of the same style in
comparison a normal bulb will actually appear to be amber in color when compared
to a PIAA Super White bulb (you may want to upgrade fog lamps, and side
marker bulbs if upgrading headlights).
Super White, provides better visibility for the driver
at night and also helps other vehicles and pedestrians see your vehicle at
night or day to help prevent collisions.
SAE Approved
PIAA Platinum lamps, not only come with the new Super
White technology but they also come with PIAA's XTRA Technology that allows
the bulb to perform better.
Extreme White Bulbs close to H.I.D color as it gets 4150K color temp with
all the Tech.Truly outstanding. Super Plasma Blue, and Super
Plasma Bulbs are available 5000K beyond H.I.D. color temp
The New Platinum series Super Whites and Xtreme in 9004, 9005,
9007 and 9006 are also
D.O.T approved FMVSS 108 compliant for white
color. (**printed on the package by PIAA) and 100% road
legal in the US approaches the brightness and intensity of H.I.D! PIAA
Platinum Series headlight bulbs are FMVSS108 Compliant.

All bulbs have High
quality heat resistant glass tube, welded focus ring that assures proper
positioning, a one piece filament support allows for proper position and
support, metal bond securely holds the glass tube to prevent cracks and leaks.
Only the bulbs designated Super White have the tinted lens
and operate at the 3800K level of color temperature (a measure of light not
heat). XTRA bulbs are halogen, all others PIAA halogen. Extreme white is
4150K, Super Plasma is 5000K.
*PIAA High power lamps note: factory headlight /wiring systems may prove inadequate to handle
upgrade may be needed.

Notice to consumer: PIAA lamps are intended for use solely as
Auxiliary Lighting. PIAA lamps are not intended to be used for headlight
purposes, nor are they certified for headlight usage. Department of Transportation DOT
approved lamps are designed as headlamp replacement
approved bulbs. Lighting laws vary from state to state. PIAA, and Sports
Car Accessories.INC. makes no representation or warranty, either expressed or
implied, as to the legality of its products for street use on any vehicle
or in any location. PIAA lamps are designed to improve visibility during
nighttime motoring and inclement weather conditions. However, irresponsible
use of any auxiliary light can be dangerous and illegal. *factory headlight /wiring systems may prove
inadequate to handle PIAA's High
Power Bulbs PIAA recommends using wiring that can operate
under the continuous load of these bulbs, see an auto electrical shop
local to you for information on load/draw and using a relay style system.
note: watts divided by volts equals amps These bulbs might not have as long of a life span as a regular
bulb, ( 500 hours is average, almost the same as most OEM ) due to the fact
that they operate at a higher temperature. The customer must be accurate
when ordering these bulbs, because these bulbs may require more current.
The customer must accommodate for the bulb's extra wattage and amperage before
they are installed..Use care when installing the bulb, if they are touched by hand, dirt,
and or oil it will damage the surface. should this happen
or any thing is on the bulb dust, etc... carefully clean the
bulb with alcohol and a clean soft clean cloth. the life of the bulb
will be shortened if not cleaned properly. Prevent voltage surges.
always start the engine before turning on lamps, and turn the lamps off before
turning off the ignition (the latter the most common cause of bulb destroying
voltage surges). The bulb will look like it was struck by
lightning! the metal base & glass will be burnt or the filament will
blow up!
We recommend using wattage and size specified by your cars manufacturer,
higher wattage lamps
generate more light, heat, and use more amperage
